Most people that have known me know that I am passionate about seeing more women become successful real estate investors. The property industry is traditionally viewed as a bit of an old boys' club which can be discouraging for women. Although a few women are already climbing the property ladder, most of them still view this field as being a man's world. The question however is this;
Women could be perfectly good investors.
Why are there fewer women than men in real estate investing?
After a survey of hundreds of women across many investing conferences, two answers became apparent to me.
Firstly, women lacked confidence in their ability to run a successful real estate investment portfolio.
Secondly, women wished they had more successful female role models in real estate investing.

Start small and start today, small steps will get you to where you are going. You will make mistakes and you will face challenges just like everyone else, but be courageous and step forward.
